About Me
After being a stay at home mom for seventeen years, I finally decided it was time for a change. At 35 years old, I pursued a college degree in elementary education. Then, I also became certified to teach health. Wow, did God open a door for me. My first job was teaching health to middle school students. You might be asking if I'm crazy. Maybe I am, but I love what I do. Teaching Health also motivated me to be my best self and strive for balance, not perfection.
My husband, Matt, and I have been married for 23 years. He maintains a full time job as well as serving God as a traveling minister. We have two beautiful children, Brandon (23) and Ashley (17). Along the way, I have learned that balance and deep rooted faith in Christ are the keys to wellness. God has given me a passion for ministry through writing and speaking in order to help lead women through their journey of life. My desire is to help women discover their true self, and I love learning life lessons from women of the Bible.
In person or virtual, I love helping people identify their calling and passion in Christ. If you would like to schedule a speaking opportunity, lets connect! Fill out the form below.
